This deliverable documents the usability-evaluation within the DORA-project. After laying out the evaluation approach, it focuses on the three phases of usability evaluation which were characterised by a lessening degree of abstraction over time. While this level of abstraction correlated with the degree of involvement of experts in each evaluation phase, it negatively correlated with the degree to which real end-users could be relied upon in the course of testing. The deliverable reports each phase's activities and details on each activity's conduct and the respective results. Eventually the whole process of usability evaluation is critically reviewed and lessons learned are reported.
